Best Exhibits at CES 2016

The International Consumer Electronics Show is the largest trade show in the United States by far. It sets the standard for new exhibiting trends, and this year’s event featured over 4,000 booths. Exhibitor Magazine editor Travis Stanton walked a total of 40 miles over the course of 4 days to see every single exhibit. Here are a few of his favorites from CES 2016.

Intel Corp. featured an extravagant stand full of activities and presentations. Designed by The Taylor Group, the booth featured an inviting open floor plan complete with four colossal human-like sculptures. Attendees were able to play video games, try on luxury watches, take power naps, and have their face projected onto one of the 20-foot-tall statues. The entire space was a hub for attendee engagement and truly raised the bar for CES exhibiting.

Audi’s booth was one of the greatest architectural displays of CES 2016. Tisch13 GmbH designed the exhibit to represent the human brain with intricate metal latticework. It featured stunning color-shifting illumination that bounced off reflective beams. The display was a visual masterpiece meant to convey “Audi intelligence.”

Samsung Galaxy created an interactive space that drew countless attendees. The exhibit featured mirrored surfaces, unique lighting elements, disco balls, and stadium seating for an innovative augmented-reality presentation. Participants could also explore various virtual reality displays complete with motion seats.

Select Comfort Corp presented their Sleep Number brand under a stunning, fairytale-like display of sounds and colors. Ambient lighting and an enormous projection screen drew attention to their new “It Bed.” Inside the exhibit, visitors were able to place their hands on a touchscreen and measure their heart rate, breathing and movement. The responsive exhibit then created an individualized light and audio show to match the mood and tempo.
